You will be the point of contact for our customers enquiring about their booked holiday via phone, email leads and web-chats. Our customer queries will require you to administrate and quality check bookings such as sending invoices, tickets plus make amendments and adding holiday extras where you can earn commission. You will aim to resolve all customer queries on initial contact whilst striving to deliver our award-winning concierge service.
Reporting to the Sales and Service Director and leading the Luxury/specialist sales teams, you will be the main contact centre person for your brand(s). You will work collaboratively with other managers from around the business to ensure the smooth operation of your department.
You will ensure that you and your team are living and breathing the company values and are always delivering an award-winning service. Managing the wider team through a small team of Team Leaders (TLs), you will coach and develop the TLs to ensure that all concierge are meeting and exceeding targets and key KPI’s, taking immediate action to rectify any underperformance in the wider team.
You will take ownership and accountability for the success and ongoing development of the brand/s and for the delivery of key KPI’s.

Passionate about selling cruise holidays? We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and target driven with the ability to multi-task who are keen to progress and grow with us.
You will be selling our customers their dream cruise whilst ‘delivering a remarkable experience.’
Our Sales Concierge undertake a 3-week training induction programme with a further 3 weeks in our ‘grad bay’. You will have reduced sales targets for the first few months whilst you settle in. We will also provide you with on-going training, coaching and support.
